Built from firsthand experience, not theory

Zoty was created by people who have seen the impact of missed calls from the inside. Zoheb Osmani and Tyler Guthrie have worked closely with service businesses across home services, local trades, and operations-heavy industries, where inbound calls directly translate to revenue.

Time and again, we saw the same pattern: phones ringing during jobs, after hours, or peak demand, voicemails piling up, callbacks never happening, and opportunities quietly going to competitors. Not because teams didn’t care, but because they were busy doing the work.

Zoty was built to solve that exact problem — by responding instantly when humans can’t, keeping conversations alive, and helping businesses capture work they were already earning.
